Price per pound includes ALL costs (processing, 

packaging & transportation to the butcher)

1/4 beef:  $6.00  per pound* approximately 130-150lbs

1/2 beef:   $5.75  per pound* approximately 260-300lbs finished product

Whole beef:  $5.75 per pound* approximately 550-600lbs finished product

​

a $500.00 deposit is required for whole & 1/2 beef

a $200.00 deposit is required for a 1/4 beef

Organs are not included
